The Visa gift card is only applicable / eligible to Landlords that transfer their Property Management to My Property Group for a minimum 18-month term at our standard management fee (8.8% inclusive of GST) and schedule.

A Visa gift card will be mailed to our new Landlords at the end of the first month’s management.

If Landlords terminate the management on or before the 18th month anniversary, then the value of the gift card will be deducted from rent and reimbursed to Shaloma Pty Ltd t/a My Property Group upon settlement of the account.

A limit of one gift card per property / Landlord applies upon presentation of promotional material to our office.
