Where can I lodge a request?

If you’re renting with My Property Group and you’re in need of repairs or maintenance, please visit your tenant portal by clicking  here and one of our friendly team will be in touch.  Our easy to use tenant portal ensures all maintenance requests are recorded in writing and tracked.

Emergency Repairs

If you have an emergency (follow this link for what is considered to be a property emergency), during business hours please call our property management team on 07 3843 1355.  Should an emergency repair be required after hours please phone 0401 817 872.
